Sarah began her yoga journey in 2019, seeking relief from physical pain and looking for a way to reconnect with her body and mind. Through yoga, she discovered a powerful tool for releasing tension and cultivating inner strength. In 2023, Sarah completed her 200-hour teacher training, deepening her knowledge of yoga and honing her skills as a teacher. Drawing on her own experience, she specializes in working with students who struggle with pain and tension in their fascia. Her classes feature strong, functional, and dynamic asanas designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Sarah believes that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a holistic approach to health and wellness that can help individuals overcome challenges and unlock their full potential. Through her teaching, she strives to empower others to embrace their unique gifts and cultivate a deeper sense of body awareness.
