Hello, I am Div, a certified yoga instructor and breathwork coach who helps busy professionals live healthier and more mindful lives. I am passionate about helping people find their own unique path to wellness, and I love sharing the benefits of yoga and breathwork with others. I used to work in corporate environment, and I loved the challenge as well as opportunities to learn and grow. It also gave me an oppotunity to live in 6 countries, which has given me a unique perspective on the world. But over time, I started to experience the negative effects of stress and a sedentary lifestyle. I had back pain, tight hamstrings, and shortness of breath while climbing up the stairs. I realized that I needed to make a change, so I started practicing yoga again, which used to be my childhood love. Yoga quickly became the highlight of my day. It helped me to relieve stress, improve my flexibility and strength, and connect with my body and mind on a deeper level. During Covid-19, I also started to share my yoga practice with others, and I found immense satisfaction in helping them to experience the benefits of yoga for themselves. Eventually, I decided to leave my corporate job at Amazon and become a full-time yoga teacher. I specialize in mind, body, and fitness-focused yoga for mobility, strength, and mindfulness.
