I have done mostly Pilates classes before as it always helped me with flexibility and strength building.
Yoga was new to me until Charlene introduced me to trapeze yoga I was skeptical at first but love the diversity in exercises and the flexibility it’ offers during stretches which I require as a runner I.e. lower back, neck and leg strengthening.
Thank Charlene for your amazing classes every week and would recommend them for anyone. They have been beneficial and I really enjoy your classes so much.
