Hello Everyone, I teach Breathing techniques to optimize your breath along with Mindful movement for a better quality of life. Over half a decade ago I was in an impact-able car accident, it took several year of a daily Yoga and mindful Breathing practice to finally feel whole again. Today I live with chronic pain but I learned the tools so that I can feel at ease throughout my day. I am excited to share my knowledge with you. Private and Public classes available.
