After many years of chronic back pain I have realised that Strength and flexibility are the keys to living pain free. Stretching is how I start and finish everyday to help maintain a full range of movement. My classes build on my experiences and help clients to strengthen and lengthen their muscles, facilitate great posture and move freely.
