Wendy Lappenga

Wendy is a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with a focus on improving posture, building balance, and strength, as well as a Certified Yoga Breath Coach. She also specializes in Yoga for Dancers and Yoga for Reynaud’s Syndrome. Private and group yoga and breathing lessons online, in person, and in health clubs.

Wendy grew up dancing and dreaming of being a professional ballerina. A congenital knee defect sidelined that dream post-college and she soon found yoga as an outlet for moving her body, maintaining healthy posture, building and maintaining strength, and managing stress. After 20 years of personal yoga practice, Wendy completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training course and has found her calling in teaching and sharing her love of yoga. As a compliment to her yoga teaching and practice, Wendy has also recently been certified by YOGABODY Teachers College as a Certified Breath Coach. Having personally controlled anxiety, stress, and sleep difficulties with breathing practices for years, this was a natural fit for Wendy.
