I am a person with a background in martial arts who now suffers from the negative effects of spending too long hours sitting down because of office work. Getting again into regular breathing and flexibility practices helps me to regain balance, fix bad postures, relax and reset my body and mind to its optimal-natural state. This is a good opportunity for me to share with you simple but powerful practices for our life.
