Sarah MacDonald is a yoga teacher and breath coach based in Cambridge, New Zealand. She is the founder of Balance Yoga, and has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Recognising the huge importance of optimal breathing to our overall health and wellbeing, Sarah is a qualified breath coach, and works one-on-one with clients online from anywhere.
