Martha Walters

Being well is a deep, multi-dimensional, whole person concept. Better breathing is a great place to begin building a firm foundation. Martha will journey with you on your way to wellness, helping you define and meet your goals for a more vibrant life--physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, existentially and environmentally.

Martha has been a fitness enthusiast for decades! Her love for working out dates way back to step aerobics! She began teaching fitness classes during college, took a hiatus from teaching while raising children, but continued to “squeeze” in her own workouts in the living room and eventually a home fitness studio during nap times and before the boys got up. Martha has always enjoyed an active lifestyle—a life-long downhill skier and hiker, she has also enjoyed running races, scuba diving, karate, and discovered indoor cycling in 2011. After participating in spinning classes for a few years, she earned her Spin Instructor certification in 2015 and has been coaching spin classes since, subsequently earning her SPINPower Instructor certification. Martha prefers a variety of workout formats in her own fitness regimen, so it took off from there! Martha is especially passionate about working with women in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond, helping them connect deeply with their core, reach and maintain the strength, power, agility, balance, mobility and flexibility that meets the individual’s person lifestyle and allows them to participate fully in all their life activities.
