NASM Certified Personal Trainer, YOGABODY Breath Coach & Spine Reform Coach in Henderson, NV. Offering personal and virtual coaching to improve strength, stress resilience, mobility, and overall well-being through conscious breathing and functional movement.
My name is Margo Whitehead, and I have called Henderson, Nevada home for more than 20 years. I began my career as a Personal Fitness Trainer in 2014, and over the years my experience, education, and personal growth have expanded the way I support others. Today, I think of myself as a Health Mentor because I am passionate about all of the pillars of health—not just exercise, but also breathing, mobility, stress resilience, recovery, nutrition, and the daily habits that support overall well-being.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, YOGABODY Breath Coach, Spine Reform Coach, and trained in Original Strength developmental movement. These disciplines have deepened my appreciation for the connection between breathing, movement, mobility, strength, stress resilience, and overall health.
My personal training approach emphasizes functional movement and building a strong foundation for lifelong health. Sessions may include strength conditioning, mobility, balance, flexibility, endurance, developmental movement patterns, and conscious breathing. I place a strong emphasis on proper form and helping clients understand their bodies rather than simply putting them through a workout.
I live in the Inspirada community and train clients at Sun City Anthem and Anthem Country Club, as well as in clients’ homes, outdoors, and virtually. I enjoy working with adults of varying ages and fitness levels and especially appreciate helping people maintain their strength, independence, and ability to continue doing the activities they love.
Breath coaching has become an increasingly important part of my work. I teach my Conscious Breathing course to individuals, couples, and small groups and also offer workshops for larger groups. My goal is to make breathing practices practical and accessible—giving people simple tools they can use to support stress management, nervous-system regulation, energy, sleep, and overall resilience.
I believe health is about much more than how much weight we can lift or how far we can walk. Strength, mobility, breathing, recovery, nutrition, and the ability to adapt to life’s stresses all contribute to how well we feel and function.
I continue to expand my education and explore ways to integrate movement, conscious breathing, and other mind-body practices into my work. I love learning, teaching, and helping people discover practical tools that allow them to feel stronger, calmer, and more capable in their everyday lives.
