Karen Rile is a writer, editor, yoga instructor, and flexibility coach in Philadelphia, PA. She teaches yoga and flexibility for all ages and bodies with an emphasis on health, fitness, and functional mobility. Her popular class YOGA FOR WRITERS brings flexibility, strength, and movement to creators who toil long hours over a keyboard and glowing screen.
