Karen Rile is a writer, editor, yoga instructor, and flexibility coach in Philadelphia, PA. YOGA FOR SLEEP introduces breathing and deep stretching techniques to reduce anxiety and overcome insomnia. In addition to being a yogi and dog lover, Karen is an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania where she teaches creative writing. She is the founding and chief editor of CLEAVER, an online literary magazine and book review, and the Faculty Director of Cleaver Workshops.
