I can help guide you through yoga, targeted flexibility, and breath work to release the tension and regain mobility. I am certified as a Yoga Instructor, Stretching/Flexibility Coach, and Breath Coach.

I have been a fitness and wellness enthusiast for over 30 years. I have personal experience in weight lifting and nutrition for various goals as well as completing and being certified as Science of Stretching® instructor (flexibility), 200 hr RYT Yoga instructor, and Breath Coach through YOGABODY Teacher’s College®. I am combining these methods of health and wellness to provide a well rounded program.
