I am a certified instructor of Yoga (200hr) and Science of Stretching™ Targeted Flexibility.

I have been a fitness and wellness enthusiast for over 30 years. I have personal experience in weight lifting and nutritional guidance for various goals, as well as experience in helping others in the same areas. I have completed the YOGABODY Science of Stretching® instructor course and the YOGABODY 200 hr Yoga instructor course through YOGABODY Teacher’s College® and applying these two additional methods of exercise to my programs to round out and balance various fitness methodologies. I will soon be adding Yoga Breath Coach®.
