David is a passionate Yoga Teacher, Fitness Coach, and Plant Based Nutrition Specialist. If your struggling with stiff achy muscles, stressed out from work and overwhelmed with to-do lists. I teach Yoga for Inner Peace, a meditative class for balance and whole-person wellness.

Before I discovered yoga, I was your typical stressed out office worker. My back pain got so bad that I had to stand up every hour at work just to relieve the tension. I was always overwhelmed and un-focused. This is what drove me to my first class, but what I found was a holistic mind-body practice that soon influenced every aspect of my life.
