Claudie Bell

Claudie is a yoga teacher, breath coach, community expert and mentor. She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and environmental sustainability. She is former co-founder of Let\'s Reinvent. ***Yoga Sessions*** - Yoga is a fun and safe way to have a great workout, to get to know yourself better and make some improvements to your overall health. The practice with Claudie is based on YOGABODY Vinyasa Flow. It includes fluid, mindful movements, as well as strength series and yin-yang elements. The focus lies on building strength, mobility and balance in your body with the support of the breath. You can expect to feel energised, more flexible and relaxed at the end of each session. All classes are one hour long, once per week. Group and private classes are available. For private classes, a personalised plan will be created according to your needs and aspirations. All bodies are welcome! ***Breathwork Sessions*** - Breathwork is a fascinating, efficient tool to manage anxiety and stress, boost energy and digestion, improve sleep and so much more. The sessions are 30 minutes long. Recordings will be provided for practice.
