I teach Chair Yoga and gentle yoga. We use props such as a chair and yoga straps for gentle sitting and standing poses, as well breathing exercises! Each class designed to focus on a different part of the body! Practice in your house or office with a community on-line on Zoom. Just two days a week improves flexibility and reduces stress!
