Are you ready to improve your flexibility and balance on a path to better well being? Yoga has helped me for decades to deal with scoliosis and a back injury at a young age. As a nurse practitioner, I utilized complimentary medicine to help clients achieve optimal health benefits. Yoga is a piece of that wellness path. Welcome!

I was introduced to yoga many years ago and find much value in this practice for maintaining joint health and flexibility. I particularly enjoy Yin Yoga and holding postures for deeper stretches and controlled breathing. I practice meditation in balancing the stressors of daily life. I have lived in five countries outside the USA and value diversity in cultures.
