Avoca Yoga

Hello! I'm Caoimhe, and as an asthmatic I have struggled with my health and weight my entire life. Following a move from Dublin to Avoca in Co Wicklow, my lungs improved and I found my fitness. I was suddenly able to do things I never thought possible in the city. I am hoping to help others find the same. No Gurus, No Mantras, No incense - Just Body and Breath work.
