Angela is a certified Yoga Teacher, certified Stretching Coach™ (YACEP- 30) and a certified teacher for Jazz and Contemporary Dance (Iwanson School, Munich). Angela merges different styles of practice to create a unique yoga lesson which features mostly elements from Vinyasa Power Yoga combined with elements from Contemporary Dance, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Lymphatics, Nervous System Research, Mindfulness Practice, Traditional Chinese Medicine/Accupressure and more. She is convinced that the main focus should always be the individual experience of each student in their body, therefore the yoga lesson has to be trauma- informed and adapted to the students individual needs as much as possible. Angela is also continuing her education in the area of yoga therapy as her own experience has shown that yoga can be deeply healing for body and mind.
