Yoga Trapeze Certified Teacher. I discovered Yoga Trapeze through the need for more support in attaining postures and inversions. It helps build my strength and flexibility in a fun, challenging and powerful way. Yoga improves my posture and restores balance after long periods at my desk. I also have fun sharing my practice with my kids.

Jill qualified as a BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) Diploma teacher and Sivananda Certified teacher in 2006. Originally discovering yoga as a teenager, practising through her 20s, studying with her Iyengar teacher and then teaching adults and teenagers through her 30s. Her practice changed in her 40s due to late motherhood and the new physical and mental challenges that brought with it. She is also qualified with Kidding Around Yoga. Jill has lived and worked in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia and is now located in Southern Spain. Jill says, ‘Yoga helps me maintain my flexibility and strength in a controlled yet gentle approach to fitness.’ ‘Yoga can develop a better relationship between the body, the breath and the mind. ‘Yoga develops my concentration through movement and meditation.’
