I supplement my position at the university as a senior lecturer in human rights with working as yoga teacher on my spare time. I am driven by, both at work and as yoga teacher, a wish for giving people tools to live a fuller and freer life. In yoga it means achieving a basic range of motion and flexibility in your body.
