I’m a yoga teacher and trainer with more than 10 years of personal practice and 6 years of teaching experience. I completed my foundational training with YOGABODY Yoga Teachers College under Lucas Rockwood and later returned to YOGABODY as an assistant trainer, supporting students through their teacher-training journey.
My teaching is rooted in a practical, science-informed approach to yoga, with particular attention to mobility, strength, flexibility, stability, breath and body awareness. I believe yoga should adapt to the individual, which means using modifications, props and different approaches whenever they help someone practise safely and effectively.
Alongside my YOGABODY training, I have continued studying with teachers including Patrick Beach and Dylan Werner. My main movement practices include Hatha, Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga, complemented by specialised training in Yin, Restorative, Adaptive and Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, mobility and flexibility training.
I’m based in Messery, France, near Geneva and the Lake Geneva area, and currently focus primarily on private yoga and in-person teaching. From November, I will also be offering online yoga classes, making it possible to practise with me from anywhere.
I enjoy working one-to-one because it allows me to build sessions around each student’s individual goals, experience, mobility and lifestyle rather than asking the student to fit into a predetermined class.
My teaching style is warm, practical and approachable. I work with complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners, helping students develop greater confidence in their bodies, improve mobility and strength, deepen their practice and build skills they can actually use in everyday life.
One area especially important to me is yoga for teenagers. Drawing on my professional background in psychology alongside my yoga, mindfulness and breathwork training, I have developed an approach combining movement, breathing techniques and mindfulness to support young people with stress management, emotional regulation and body awareness.
My long-term goal is to make these practical tools more accessible to young people through schools, educational settings and dedicated teen wellbeing programmes.
