From the lessons I have had with Annie I can already tell a difference in myself. Deeper stretches, stronger core, confidence in my ability to do this! It’s very relaxing and challenging at the same time. Annie is very helpful and supportive. I look forward to each class and learning new moves. Super fun!!! Give it a try!!

Annie is a wonderful teacher. Really takes the time to walk you through all the steps to get into each position, always willing to take extra time to help you if you're struggling, and her class is always so much fun!
