Next to my yoga I also practice a lot of martial arts, for 10 years I trained in Wing Chun Kung Fu, but now I train Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The combination of yoga and martial arts is just amazing.
I am a person who loves to travel around the world and be outdoors. I love to go out in to forest and forage my own mushrooms, fruits and plants.
