I use yoga and breath work to teach students to release anxiety and tension and bring ease into their body. Since 2011 I've been teaching students to control their nervous systems so they can become familiar with feeling good on a regular basis.

I teach yin yoga and breathing techniques to relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep and digestion and boost energy. Public and Private classes, zoom and in person are offered. Contact me for more info or to join a class.
