I am a California based Yoga Teacher 200hr, Personal Trainer, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Flexibility Coach, Nutrition Coach, & Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am a former D-1 student-athlete at Cal Poly SLO where I studied Kinesiology while starting as a wide receiver for the Mustang football team. I have 9 years professional fitness experience.

In my Holistic Fitness business Soulifit, I am a certified yoga teacher (RYS200), certified holistic lifestyle coach (CHEK Institute) , and a certified personal trainer (NASM). I also offer meditation as well. My vision is to help create a healthier, happier, more conscious world by offering fun, practical and effective classes. At Soulifit we believe in living life to the fullest and being the master of your own destiny. This is my way of serving others.
