Shauna Naron

I teach yoga breathing and movement in private classes and workshops. My special areas of interest are yoga for children and young people and yoga conditioning for improved golf performance and enjoyment.

Experiencing the many benefits of yoga since my teens, I decided it was time to give back by sharing what I know and enjoy about yoga with people of all ages. A special interest is sharing yoga techniques with children - now more relevant than ever in our fast-paced and uncertain world. My commitment is to guide children and educators to discover techniques that help build strong physical, mental and emotional foundations. Another special interest is the benefits of yoga conditioning to help people improve posture, strength and range of motion in golf or whatever sports or movement practices they love.
