Hi and Welcome to my page. My name is Sienna and here is a little bit about me.
I am a previous midwife with extensive knowledge about Anatomy & Physiology although I no longer practice. My Midwifery and Police experience has offered me many transferable skills allowing me to have that approachable understanding nature towards everyone I come across either professionally or socially. I am a mum to a lovely lad who has learning disabilities and he teaches me every day to BREATHE !! Which is where this course comes in!
So why so much currently about the Breath!? The last few years has shocked the world along with our nervous system and we are now realising our mental health needs to be a priority, everyday. It gives you the time to Calm down, Slow down and just BE. Self care is crucial and if we are not at our peak how can we be physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually available for ourselves to keep thriving and for others we care for. I am also training to become a yoga instructor and a Health Coach accredited with the NHS. I am soon to complete a counselling and Psychotherapy diploma.
I am also as my main role currently a Clinical Hypnotherapist that is very much solution focussed. Mostly working with anxiety and emotional wellbeing for all ages. I am also 50 very soon so I have an extension range of skills to offer.

I am also an holistic therapist which includes Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Infant Massage, Reiki I, II and Master Level but now I don't practice this. I may take this up again one day. I have also completed Hynobirthing training with Marie Mongan, Katherine Graves & The Little Birth Company and extra knowledge with hypnobirthing for caesarean section. As mentioned above my main role currently is as a Clinical Hypnotherapist working with a whole range of clients with anxiety and I am Needle phobic trained including, teenage anxiety and chemotherapy trained. However the most rewarding role is being a mum to my 18 year old who has learning disabilities. He brings me pride and joy every day.
I have a special interest in Emotional Wellbeing. The Breath is now so widely needed in terms of calming the Nervous System down and regulating to a normal pace in this noisy, busy, fast paced world.
