I teach Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga and advise on nutrition, diets, and leading a healthy holistic lifestyle. My classes are suitable for all levels and classes can be modified for your own level of fitness and ability. I also provide private yoga classes I teach both Hatha and Vinyasa flows. I also teach group and corporate classes.
When I first started yoga I was very inflexible and couldn’t touch my toes, but something about yoga kept me coming back and I found that with regular practise the poses got easier and I became more flexible and was able to do poses that I’d originally found impossible.
As I practiced yoga on a regular basis it started to change my outlook on life and eventually changed it in a major way and I decided to train to be an instructor so I could share the gift of yoga.
My classes are suitable for all levels – there is no such thing as being too inflexible to practice yoga and classes can be modified for your own level of fitness and ability.
I also provide private yoga classes (at the client’s home or via Zoom). I teach both Hatha and Vinyasa flows. I also teach group and corporate classes.
