Samaan Buisson has spent the last 15 years teaching a holistic lifestyle to business professionals, university students and government officials in different parts of the world. From a sporting background, he started doing different breath-work practices and yoga to supplement his training. He has a practical approach that is simple for everyone to understand yet is based on scientific research. Because of the positive effects from breath-work and yoga in his own life he teaches breathing, yoga, meditation and mindfulness to help others experience calmer, happier and healthier lives.
