I have been working and teaching in communities and education with age ranges 16-59 Mindfulness and Yoga to help balance the Mind and the Body. I am currently working in the Fitness and Wellbeing industry teaching Yin & Yang Yoga as a Group Exercise Instructor.

I have pursued interests in history and tour guiding, counselling and psychotherapy and am fascinated by how the body moves and functions (biomechanics).
