I teach Yoga to increase flexibility, build core strength to enhance balance and breathing to benefit the nervous system. I am currently offering a Free Discovery Class for the Yoga Trapeze. I have worked in communities and education using breath awareness, positive thinking practices and yoga to help balance the mind and the body. I am currently working in the Fitness and Leisure industry teaching Yoga for strength, flexibility and balance as a Group Exercise Instructor.
