I’m Oscar Smith, a yoga teacher based in Chicago. Formerly a high school history teacher, I now share the joy of yoga by helping others find balance and peace. I love nature, from walks along Lake Michigan to weekend hikes, and I’m passionate about traveling, exploring cultures, and practicing yoga around the world. Mindful living guides me, and through yoga, nature, and travel, I hope to inspire presence and joy. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to practice together!

Earned a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from YOGABODY Teachers College in 2024. Completed Stretch Coach Training with YOGABODY in 2022. Former high school history teacher with a passion for helping others improve their flexibility and well-being.
