Hi, I'm Megan. As both a yoga teacher and CrossFit athlete, I understand the demands of high levels of physical activity on the human body. I'm a certified Yoga Flexibility Coach, Breath Coach, and will soon complete my 200hr Yoga Instructor certification. All of my coursework is Yoga Alliance and ACE accredited.
