4 Week Transformational Breathwork
I’ve experienced some unusually stressful (both physical and mental) situations during my 58 years that have including some years spent in the military. A breakthrough came around 10 years ago when I discovered the power of building a routine during an extremely challenging period of my life. Breathwork has so many positive benefits and can alleviate many conditions with surprisingly positive side effects, unlike many of the side effects associated with many pharmaceutical solutions. Developing a daily practice (3 x 5 minute sessions - morning, noon and night) can have an incredibly positive impact on our health and well-being, just as developing a routine of exercise, walking, reading or volunteering can be. I’m passionate about sharing the hugely beneficial effects of correcting poor breathing habits and teaching easy-to-follow daily practices. After you complete my 4 week transformational programme I’m confident that conscious breathing will have become a habit and a daily routine that will serve you well for the rest of your - potentially longer - life.

In the last 12 months I’ve started to become far more aware of our natural surroundings. Nature is an incredibly powerful cure for a racing mind. Spending time in nature has become important, whether that be long walks, exercising outside, swimming in the sea year round, or learning to paddle board. Of course, I’ve also become a passionate advocate for the positive power of learning about various breathing techniques and how they impact our nervous system and overall well-being.
