Bilingual Yoga in English and Japanese. I trained in India to do Holistic Yoga RYT200. I also trained in Yoga Trapeze®. It\'s a type of aerial yoga but the hammock is smaller and it has handles. It\'s mainly designed for fitness. Also I am a breath coach. Which focuses on manipulating the breath to help with anxiety, stress management, digestive problems and sleep disorders. In addition I trained in Gravity Yoga®, this a focused on improving flexibility and mobility.
