We are too busy for our bodies. My clients fall onto my table. Escaping the hustle. nMy 25 year massage therapy practice continues to be shaped by my clients needs & asks. nTop requests this year all revolved around balance. Im falling “rub my feet” n“My balance is off- must be neuropathy “ with a background in sports and coaching I realized I needed to get my client off the table and moving.nI reached out this summer & reconnected with yoga. A fitness discipline based on movement & breath. The YOGABODY program grabbed my attention with its strong base in anatomy physiology & breath. We literally forget to breathe. Yoga feels like massage in motion. Presence. Connection. Awareness. Breath. …nWhat I can’t do with massage is make you balanced, stronger & longer. But if we move together- we CAN. nAfter 25 years of one on one I am also interested in coming back to that group dynamic. I would like to see my clients off the table & engaging their bodies in new ways -practicing together = accountability & community nWhile traditional yoga classes serve a group with a teacher leading a flow of poses. … I am looking to bring that full body, mind & breath practice & custom fit sessions to clients based on their immediate needs & future goals. nMy personal focus is “balanced at 50 mind body spirit”n *Be my best*nHow can I help you be your best ?
