I live full time on Hilton Head Island, where I teach and coach the concepts of the Science of Stretching. I help students make gains in flexibility. Concepts include the use of gravity to achieve the stretch, breathing techniques to relax the nervous system, and tracking time under passive tension. This is a full body practice, with added focus on shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. Live outside the Low Country? Online sessions are also available via Zoom.

I grew up in the Northeast, but love the active outdoor Low Country lifestyle. This is where I was meant to be, helping others achieve the LC dream. You can find me riding my bike, walking the beach, and/or enjoying the local cuisine. If I plan it right, I hit all 3 on the same day.
