I am very active, and love being around people. I first started weightlifting late 2020, and found my passion for yoga in 2021. Since then I went to YTT for my Teacher certification, Now I\'m ready to teacher classes, and private yoga sessions.

I love to weightlift on my days off, it's never to late to start improving your health. I'm outdoor as much as possible.
