My name is Julie, I'm a mother of three and love Yogabody. I found Yoga Trapeze helps me with my lower back pain. Science of Stretching has helped with my flexibility and most importantly both these different types of Yoga Stretching are FUN. What I like most about these forms of Yoga is that it focuses on stretching without any religious form of Yoga. These Yoga techniques will not include any chakras, mantras or meditation they simply just help with flexibility and stretching. In addition to being a Yoga Trapeze Instructor and Science of Stretching Coach, I'm Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas since 2018. I specialize in Ashiatsu, Thai Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic, Prenatal and Sports massage. I've also completed a 200 hour Yoga Teachers course from Bodsphere. I find Yoga and Massage to be very relaxing and beneficial to my mental and physical health and would like to share that experience with any client I have.
