I have been practicing yoga for over a decade, but it wasn’t until the pandemic when I realized that all the lessons we learn on the mat – breathing though challenges, developing strength, encouraging flexibility, inspiring playfulness, mindfulness, and introspection – apply equally to life off the mat. Yoga became the first step of my journey towards healing, self-care, and wellness.
I became a yoga teacher to help others take care of themselves, so that they may take care of others. Together, let’s build back a little of what we lost last year.
