With over 13 years of coaching athletic teams, powerlifting teams, and personal training, I utilize my training and experience to help with a variety of physical development needs. From managing baseball teams and coaching pitchers and catchers for a high school showcase team, to working with state and national record setting powerlifters and working as a personal trainer for seniors and athletic conditioning for high school students as a community engagement. I have experienced a wide gamut of people looking to improve their health with some good success.

My goal is to enhance our quality of life. Sometimes this means helping a performance athlete peak to the best of their physical capability through studying where they are at and designing a program that incorporates their needs. Other times, it means working to improve our ability to accomplish the things we want to do in life. For some this is finding the ability to calm ourselves with breathing practices while others want to keep up with the kids or get up and down stairs better. As I've progressed in life, I've encountered each end of this spectrum of needs from competitive athlete to improving my general wellness. From this I use my experiences and training to share this success with others.
