I have personally experienced the incredible benefits of yoga through my own journey. Before, I suffered from severe back and ankle problems that made it impossible for me to play golf , tennis, snowboarding, or climbing. However, by regularly practising yoga, my life has completely changed physically. Not only has it relieved my pain, but it has also given me a deeper understanding of how the human body works, especially when it comes to breathing and the different muscle groups. This newfound knowledge and inspiration have motivated me to help others in their own pursuit of wellness
