My name is Chris, AKA Iceburg Lettuce. I am a yoga teacher, breath coach, and gamer. For years I suffered with physical and emotional pains related to various trauma and an autoimmune based arthritis in the spine and hips that causes bone fusing. Regular mindfulness and movement practices radically improved my quality of life, and now I aim to help others with experiencing similar benefits in their lives.
