Ever since a young age I have been drawn to the spiritual path and fascinated by the mind body connection. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves. While working as a Massage Therapist in 2020, like many of us, I suddenly found myself having to pivot. At first I turned to Yoga as a form of stress relief and a way to ground myself but quickly realized I wanted to share this gift of Yoga . I watched how hard it was for the World ( myself included) to slow down. As technology increases and are lives become more hectic being able to find joy and stillness is a power move. I teach Yoga for flexibility, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Trapeze for beginners. In my classes you can expect to slowdown while still finding your edge and hopefully have fun while doing it! A few benefits from practicing with me are increased mobility/ upperbody strength and better sleep. I strive to help you get out of your head and into the present moment.
