As a pediatrician and a recent mother myself, I understand the importance of taking care of both mother and baby before and after birth. That is why after my Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2021 I have decided to specialize in pre/postnatal yoga classes.
I will focus on keeping you active and energized, preparing your body for birth and promoting a quick recovery after birth.
We will use breathing and relaxation techniques, helping you manage stress and cope with the physical and emotional changes that come with motherhood.
