My approach to yoga is personalized to achieve your goals and meet your needs. When I started going to class, I used to have so many questions in yoga and there never seemed a good time to ask or to find the answers. I have been practicing well over a decade in Southern California and I am always discovering new questions and their answers. I love to share what I have learned. Knowing why you are practicing a certain way helps to motivate you to practice (with better form). All students strive to have more freedom of movement and more space in their body to move into.
