Glenn has been interested in breathwork and functional breathing since it was brought to his attention at yoga class in 2015, which lead him to investigate the subject more thoroughly. He completed the YogaBody Breath Coach Teacher Training in 2021, and has focused his life around the practice. After finding great physical and mental benefits from various breathing philosophies, he now wants to share this knowledge with others.
