Fiona gives clear and easy to follow instructions for the exercises. She is able to observe what I am doing incorrectly, and help me to improve the execution of the exercises. She is warm and friendly, and puts you at ease, so the sessions with Fiona are always enjoyable. Thanks Fiona!

I had my first session with Fiona on 29 Jul 23. She is a very detailed and observant coach. She paid ample attention to my ailments (mainly stiff back, neck and shoulders), and introduced a combination of Myofascial Pilates and Yoga Trapeze with personal demonstrations with clear explanations and assurance. I was surprised that the stiffness and aches on my back had instant relief! I had a very good night sleep and didn't even wake up with a stiff and painful body the next morning! Amazing! Many thanks, Fiona! I'm so looking forward to more sessions to build up my core muscles!

I took breathing, stretching and trapeze classes with Fiona and found them all to be fantastically helpful. My lower back pain reduced as a result of the trapeze; while the stretching helped with a previously persistent injury and the breathing work has helped my sleep. She explains things clearly and couldn’t be more helpful and professional.
