I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and Breathwork Coach. I love listening to peoples ‘pain’ stories and guiding them on a journey to recovery. My motto is to ‘Listen, Educate, Rehab’ and my aim is to work with you to develop an appropriate treatment plan including self treatment, exercise, breathwork and wellness advice covering the six pillars of health.
