I began practicing yoga over a decade ago during recovery from an injury and have never looked back. Over the course of my practice, my love for yoga and the desire to share it with others never waned.Yoga has helped to heal me physically, given me room for personal and spiritual growth, and allowed me to find peace and joy in the world around me. Through both my personal practice and the sharing of yoga in the new community that I have found, yoga has brought so much to my life and is now allowing me to give back to others through the practice. nn
