Years ago, I was able to extremely increase my quality of life by using proper breathing techniques. Finaly I became a Breathing Coach. It is important to me to be able to improve my quality of life myself, every day. This is exactly what I encourage and support my breathing students with simple techniques that can be practiced anywhere. The classes take place mainly online but also on site.
